Booking a mountain holiday months out means booking around real life — leave approvals, visas, weather. Our payment terms are built so that changing your mind about a date never feels like a penalty. Here is exactly how it works, in the same words you'll find on your receipt.
What you pay, and when
A 30% deposit confirms your seat on any tour, trek or expedition. Pay by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card — whichever is easiest. The remaining balance is due any time before departure day; there is no earlier hidden deadline. Every payment gets a written receipt within the day.
If your plans move
Up to 14 days before departure, you can move your booking to any other date or route of the same value, free, as many times as life requires. Cancel outright 14 or more days out and your deposit is refunded in full, minus only the bank's transfer charges. Inside 14 days, we hold your deposit as credit toward any trip in the following twelve months — seats, guides and permits are committed by then, but your money is not lost.
Why we run it this way
A traveler who books early and adjusts freely plans better trips than one squeezed by deadlines. Since 2014 the free-change policy has cost us some spreadsheet tidiness and earned us most of our repeat travelers — we consider that a good trade.
Questions about a specific booking? Message the same WhatsApp number you booked on — a real person, not a bot, replies between 9am and 11pm PKT, seven days a week.
